A KaosPilot has the talent to be a good inspiration and sparring partner, coach and consultant or project leader. He or she will help you with challenges like: developing an idea, a concept or a business plan for something new; creating prototypes - meaning quick, fast pilot projects and research to feed your ideas so they will burn brighter and attract more attention.

 

Our students are also trained and good at communicating ideas, designing online-strategies and creating campaigns for you to reach your goals. 

 

In year 2, the KaosPilots are also trained in facilitation of smaller and larger groups, building experience as trainers and junior coaches and consultants.

 

In year 3, they strengthen their entrepreneurial skills to co-create responsible businesses and to make changes in the world. By then they are fully licenced Council Guides and can use the tools of the Councils with groups and individuals.
