Written by Trix Angst

More than 50 people found their way to the KaosDay 3 on January 30th – they were keen to learn about Creative Business Design and share their experience and learnings. The KaosPilots Switzerland have almost redoubled the number of KaosDay participants from the first to the third edition – what a success story! We will certainly go on with that type of events in autumn 2016. Read what four participants have to say about the KaosDay.

Florian, computer scientist

Since I read that I am the average of my five closest friends I started to attend events where I get to know inspiring people. I am curious about their mindsets and always try to adopt some of it. The KaosDay 3 topic of Creative Business Design attracted me because I want to have my own business in the future and live my dream. The day at the KaosPilots was cool: I met inspiring people, got new insights and methods and had many sharings with like-minded people.

Carmen, financial expert

“I got inspired immediately when I heard the name KaosPilots for the first time. My son had attended a KaosDay in 2015 and was very enthusiastic about it. As I am always looking for people who share my searching for new ways of cooperation, leadership and collaboration of organizations, I decided to experience the KaosPilots myself. I love the exchange on eye level here. And the sense of growing together and of learning from each other is awesome. I will definitely be back at the KaosPilots!”

Pablo, potential coach and body psychotherapist

“I am amazed about the synchronicity that brought more than 50 like-minded people together. I got to know very inspiring tools, especially the 8 perspectives to look at an organization that originate in the native American teachings all the KaosPilots are trained in. I realized that a healthy and sustainable business needs to be balanced – one has to put up structures where they are needed and at the same time one has to allow freedom to enable creativity.”

Barbara Lilith, life artist and story teller

“The KaosDay 3 provided me with two golden nuggets to take home: Clear tools and protocols create potent and live giving outcomes in any group or company. And: There is value in every situation – find out! This lively day inspires me to trust my intuition and to keep on following my path. It was the right decision to start the Council Guide Training together with a group of KaosPilots as it is connecting me with the right people and the right knowledge for what is up in my life.”
